Office Assistant

Our rapidly growing business needs an Administrative Assistant. We are Precision Garage Door. We provide door sales, installation, repairs, and service of residential garage doors.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


  • Answer incoming calls (Direct and call center)
  • Scheduling service appointments via phone, text, or email
  • Assist customers with any questions or issues
  • Help manage and organize installers/technicians’ work schedule
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Manager


Essential skills and abilities for this position include:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
  • Weekend availability is a must
